DISCO Imports, a DISCO32 company, sources its products from manufacturers in China, Taiwan, and other low-cost manufacturing countries. All items are tested for basic functionality before shipment. Please review our policies carefully, as all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds except in the case of items damaged or defective upon delivery.

At DISCO Imports, we are dedicated to ethical sourcing and supporting American manufacturing and job creation. By operating as a direct importer, we generate additional revenue that is reinvested into expanding the capabilities and capacity of an American manufacturing company. This enables us to hire Americans to build American-made equipment for our citizens and civil servants, fostering domestic manufacturing and job growth.

We focus on offering functional, cost-effective products while supporting innovation and respecting the contributions of manufacturers committed to domestic production. We will not sell any direct knock-offs of U.S. or allied nation companies that have built manufacturing capacity.

Additionally, our strategy allows us to compete directly with similarly priced products while exposing the inflated pricing and questionable marketing practices prevalent in the retail tactical communications market—specifically from drop shippers with no manufacturing capacity in the USA. Our products are sold at a fixed margin of 8% to cover operating costs. This pricing structure enables us to maintain competitive pricing while supporting our mission to strengthen American manufacturing and create domestic jobs.

Damages and Issues

We ask customers to inspect their order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@discoimports.com. Be sure to include detailed photos of the issue and your proof of purchase. If the issue is verified, we will provide instructions on resolving the matter.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All products are sold as-is and are non-returnable. This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or modified products
  • Clearance or promotional items

Please Note: Any product that has been used, altered, or removed from its original packaging is not eligible for review or consideration for replacement.

Warranty and Product Performance

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers retain the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receipt. This cancellation policy requires the item to remain in unused, original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Any return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
